Our story
Founded in 2023, Cervinvest Capital was born of a simple observation. European small and lower mid-cap businesses are the backbone of our economy, yet too often they are served by funds that are either too small and under-structured to support them – particularly in their international development – or by corporate teams within large institutional groups, lacking the entrepreneurial spirit and alignment of interest that founders deserve.
We set out to build something different. A firm that invests its own time and money alongside the founders we back. A firm small enough to be agile and senior enough to be useful – but sufficiently structured, especially internationally, to genuinely support our companies in their growth organically and with a special accent externally. A firm that runs two distinct strategies under one roof so that every company, regardless of its size, has a credible partner.
