3 – Complaints Handling

Cervinvest Capital has implemented and maintains an operational procedure designed to ensure the prompt and effective handling of complaints submitted by its clients. Any complaint may be submitted to Cervinvest Capital in accordance with the following procedures:

Cervinvest Capital will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within a maximum of ten business days from the date on which the written complaint is sent, unless a response is provided to the client within this period. Except in duly justified exceptional circumstances, Cervinvest Capital will respond to the client within two months of the date on which the written complaint was sent.

If you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint, you may refer the matter to the Mediator of the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers – AMF) by completing the following form: AMF Mediation Request Form.

Cervinvest Capital will ensure the strictest confidentiality in handling your complaint. A request to refer the matter to the Mediator may be submitted electronically using the mediation request form or by post to the following address:

4 – Management and Prevention of Conflicts of Interest


The conflict of interest management and prevention policy sets out Cervinvest Capital’s approach to identifying, preventing and managing conflicts of interest that may arise in the course of its activities.

The conflict of interest management and prevention policy is made available to Cervinvest Capital’s clients (investors) upon request by simply sending an email to Marc-Antoine Janny at majanny@cervinvest -capital.com.

5 – Shareholder Engagement and Remuneration Policy

Following the adoption of Directive (EU) 2017/828 on shareholders’ rights and its transposition into national law (see Articles L. 533-22 and R. 533-16 of the French Monetary and Financial Code), Cervinvest Capital, as an AMF-authorised portfolio management company, has implemented a shareholder engagement policy describing how it incorporates its role as a shareholder in companies within its portfolio in which it holds an interest, as part of its investment strategy.

The shareholder engagement policy is made available to Cervinvest Capital’s clients (investors) upon request by simply sending an email to Marc-Antoine Janny at majanny@cervinvest -capital.com.

Cervinvest Capital’s remuneration policy is available to any Cervinvest Capital client (investor) upon request by simply sending an email to Marc-Antoine Janny at majanny@cervinvest -capital.com.
