Kevin BLAKIMÉ

Director

Prior to joining Cervinvest Capital at its launch, Kevin was part of the founding team of Hivest Capital, a French investment fund specialized in transforming French SMEs and mid-market companies (PME/ETI) into international leaders, with a strong hands-on operational support approach.

In this role, he supported several companies across various sectors (industrials, food & beverage, tech, and B2B services), working closely with management teams to address their operational and growth challenges.

Kevin also founded and grew several entrepreneurial ventures in the tech industry.

Before joining Hivest Capital, Kevin worked in Large Cap M&A at BNP Paribas and in Private Equity at Activa Capital.

Gabriel BONNASSIES

Analyst

Gabriel joined Cervinvest Capital in March 2026 as an Analyst, after a first experience within the Private Equity team in 2025.

Prior to joining Cervinvest on a permanent basis, Gabriel gained experience in Private Equity at L Catterton, in strategy consulting at Strategia Partners, and in financial audit at Crowe HAF.

Gabriel graduated from ESCP Business School with a Master in Management.

Marc-Antoine JANNY

Managing Partner

Prior to co-founding Cervinvest Capital in 2023, Marc-Antoine was Managing Director at Bryan Garnier & Co, an independent investment bank recognized for its expertise in the technology and healthcare sectors, where he spent the majority of his career.

There, he advised on numerous transactions primarily in the software sector, involving leading investment funds (Sagard, Providence, Bridgepoint, Hg Capital, TA Associates, Seven2, Cathay Capital, among others).

Marc-Antoine is also the co-founder of Nomadia Group, the French leader in SaaS solutions for mobile workforces, of which a majority stake was sold to Hg Capital in 2023.

In founding Cervinvest Capital, Marc-Antoine is driven by the ambition of supporting high-potential companies, with a level of operational involvement that is unique in the small-cap market.

Guillaume de JONGH

Managing Partner

Guillaume de Jongh is Managing Partner of Cervinvest Capital, where he co-leads the firm’s investment strategy and activities. Guillaume has been active in private assets since 2006. He has been involved in both private equity and private debt transactions, having been lead investor in over 50 transactions over the years.

Prior to Cervinvest, Guillaume was Managing Partner at Capza, where he spent almost 20 years, first working on private equity transactions in France, and then establishing Capza’s multi-billion euro AUM Private Debt activities. He was in charge of managing a pan-European team of c. 30 investors, as well as chairing the Investment Committee. Guillaume was also instrumental in the international expansion of Capza across Europe.

Guillaume holds a Master’s Degree from ESSEC Business School and is an alumni of the Private Equity Chair.

Arthur MILLIARD

Partner

Arthur is a Partner with Cervinvest Capital. Previously, he was a Director with Andera Partners in Paris, where he spent 12 years executing and managing mid-market Private Equity investments in business services and niche industries.

He began his career in Mergers & Acquisitions with Perella Weinberg Partners in London.

Arthur holds a Master’s degree from HEC Paris with a major in finance.

David KUSTERS

Partner

David is a Partner at Cervinvest Capital and leads the firm’s investment activities in the Benelux. He has over 12 years of private equity experience, having sourced, executed and supported investments across the Benelux, France and Spain. Prior to joining Cervinvest, he held investment roles at AREV Partners, Alpha Private Equity and Egeria, where he focused on partnering with founder- and family-owned businesses.

David began his career as a management consultant at Booz & Company in Amsterdam. He holds an MSc in Applied Physics from Eindhoven University of Technology and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

David is fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Romane PARENT

Senior Associate

Romane joined Cervinvest Capital in September 2025, bringing 4 years of experience in Private Equity.

Prior to joining Cervinvest , Romane began her career at Sparring Capital as a Senior Investment Associate, where she was involved in several investments across sectors such as B2B services and industrials.

Romane graduated from the Grande École Program at EM Lyon Business School.

 

Anne-Sophie MOINADE

Partner

Anne-Sophie is a Partner at Cervinvest Capital, based in Paris. Previously, she spent 8 years with Bridgepoint’s Paris team, most recently as Director, executing and managing upper mid-market investments across a range of sectors within the firm’s Private Equity flagship fund. Prior to Bridgepoint, she spent 2 years at TPG Capital in London, having started her career in the Acquisition & Leveraged Finance team at J.P. Morgan.

Anne-Sophie holds Master’s degrees from ESSCA and ESCP Business School, with a major in corporate finance.

Oscar PROVÔT

Analyst

Oscar joined Cervinvest Capital in November 2024 as an Analyst within the team.

Prior to joining us, Oscar gained experience through two roles in investment funds, notably at Ardian within the Mid-Cap team and at Andera Partners.

Oscar graduated from Université Paris Dauphine with a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance.

Maxence RADIX

Managing Partner

Maxence Radix is Managing Partner of Cervinvest Capital, where he co-leads the firm’s investment strategy and activities. He has over 20 years of private equity experience, having sourced, executed and supported investments across Europe as lead investor on more than 30 transactions.

Prior to joining Cervinvest, Maxence was Chief Executive Officer of Capza, where he led the firm’s growth from a single-strategy, single-country manager into a €10bn+ pan-European private equity and private debt platform. During his tenure, he pioneered the FlexEquity strategy in Europe and managed successive vintages across several fund strategies.

He is also the co-founder of three Buy & Build platforms, including Nomadia Group (software) sold to HG Capital, FFB (craft breweries) sold to French Food Capital and Nasta Petfood.

Maxence holds a degree in Business Administration from EDHEC Business School.

He is the founder of Fonds de Dotation Cascade, a philanthropic foundation dedicated to expanding access to education.

Antoine ROULAND

Managing Partner

Antoine Rouland is a Managing Partner of Cervinvest Capital, where he co-leads the Build strategy alongside Marc-Antoine Janny. With more than twenty years of professional experience, he has been active in private equity since 2011, sourcing, executing and supporting transactions across Europe involving companies with enterprise values of €10 million to €150 million, in technology, telecommunications, B2B services, healthcare and industry.

He works with management teams to transform and scale their businesses : from structuring to the creation of sector leaders.

Before private equity, Antoine began his career as an intelligence officer in the French Army, then spent four years in strategy consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton. There he developed the approach that defines him today: reading complex environments quickly, deciding under uncertainty, and executing with discipline.

He co-founded the firm in 2023, convinced that combining operational and strategic support changes the trajectory of European SMEs.

An officer by training, Antoine is a graduate of the Saint-Cyr Military Academy and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Giacomo TOFANI

Partner

Giacomo is a Partner of Cervinvest and leads the firm’s investment activities in Italy.

Previously, he was a Partner at Fondo FSI, an Italian mid-market private equity firm with over €3 billion of AuM, where he spent 13 years sourcing, executing and managing investments across the healthcare, consumer and industrial sectors. He subsequently joined LBO France as Managing Director of the Milan office.

Giacomo began his career in the Acquisition & Leveraged Finance team at J.P. Morgan in London and holds a degree from Bocconi University in Milan.
