Her appointment comes alongside the addition of two Analysts and one Investment Manager to the Scale and Build investment teams, further strengthening the firm’s investment capabilities as it continues to scale its platform and expand its European footprint..
Farah Fehaili, Partner, Head of Investor Relations & Fundraising
Farah Fehaili joins Cervinvest Capital to build and lead the firm’s Investor Relations & Fundraising function at a pivotal stage in its development, as Cervinvest Capital prepares to launch the fundraising process for its Scale strategy, targeting €500 million, while continuing to expand its presence across Europe. Her appointment reflects the firm’s ambition to build an institutional platform capable of supporting its long-term growth objectives.
Farah has built her career at leading Paris-based asset management firms, with a particular focus on fundraising and investor relations. She joins Cervinvest Capital from CAPZA, where she had served as Partner, Head of Investor Relations & Business Development since 2021 and was a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
During her tenure, assets under management doubled, while she led the development of CAPZA’s historically strong French franchise and accelerated its international expansion. Prior to CAPZA, Farah spent nearly three years at Metropole Gestion as Business Development Manager, having started her career as an RFP Manager at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management.

An Account Manager and two Analysts Join the Investment Teams
Cervinvest Capital is also pleased to announce the appointment of one Investment Manager and two Analysts, further strengthening the investment teams across its Scale and Build strategies.
Victoire de Reinach joins the Build team as an Associate . A graduate of Université Paris Dauphine, Victoire began her career at Rothschild & Co (Transaction R) before joining Blackfin Capital Partners as an Associate.
Within the Scale team, Alice Labert, a graduate of ESSEC Business School who previously worked at Edmond de Rothschild, and Lucas Guien, a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and King’s College London who previously worked at Five Arrows, join Cervinvest Capital as Analysts.
