Value creation plan
- More than 10 firms acquired in under two years, consolidating the PACA coastal region and further expanding into the AURA region;
- A gradual diversification into advisory, driven by new high value-added services (insurance brokerage, tax and payroll subscription services, IT outsourcing, wealth management advisory, etc.);
- Structuring the group by geographic division and by center of excellence (HR, digital, etc.);
- Rollout of digital and AI tools to drive productivity, and implementation of an HR strategy to attract and retain talent;
- Digitalization and hiring of support functions (FP&A, CFO, CTO, etc.) to prepare the group for market shifts (notably AI and e-invoicing);
- Financing structuration of the group to sustain the M&A growth strategy;
- Growth in client acquisition and higher revenue per client through pricing optimization and cross-selling.
