A year after acquiring ECA in Grenoble, Ansemble is moving further north toward Lyon with the acquisition of Segaud & Associés — its largest transaction to date. The group surpasses €45 million in revenue while simultaneously strengthening its financing capacity. The consolidation of the south-eastern quarter of France is entering a new phase.
This new acquisition comes alongside a strengthening of the group’s financing. Following several transactions carried out on the Côte d’Azur and in the Hautes-Alpes last summer, the external growth facilities secured when Cervinvest Capital came on board in July 2024 were quickly deployed, making it necessary to expand the facility to match the group’s ambitions.
Based in Caluire-et-Cuire in the Lyon metropolitan area, Segaud & Associés serves a client base of mid-sized companies, particularly in the healthcare sector, as well as a few large groups, with a team of 63 employees. The firm, which specializes in accounting and statutory audit, generated €7 million in revenue in 2025 for €2 million in EBITDA. The scope also includes the small IT services company Pack Net.
True to its ambition of becoming a leader in accounting expertise across south-eastern France, Ansemble continues its regional consolidation strategy alongside Cervinvest Capital, unlocking a new region to expand its business.
