TOL Développement is becoming Kinara, a group specializing in multi-vertical SaaS software for field teams, now structured around a Transport division led by Truckonline and a Hospitality division (Food Service and Hotels) bringing together RHIS and Lamster. As part of this new milestone, Kinara announces the acquisition of Lamster, a French provider of workforce time and activity management (WFM) and HR solutions dedicated to field teams in the hotel industry, alongside Valentin Lamielle, the company’s founder and CEO, who is reinvesting in the transaction.
Lamster offers a platform covering the full range of key HR and workforce management functionalities, from scheduling to payroll preparation, specifically designed to meet the operational requirements unique to the hotel industry. The company reports €1.4 million in ARR and profitability exceeding 30% EBITDA margin, in a deep and fast-growing market.
This acquisition allows Kinara to strengthen its Hospitality offering by establishing a standalone vertical, which now reaches a critical mass of approximately €5.0 million in ARR and brings together a leading client portfolio. The integration of Lamster adds a hotel and food service component to the offering already built around RHIS, enabling coverage of the entire Hospitality (Hotels, Cafés, Restaurants) sector: hotels, as well as restaurants, whether traditional or quick-service. This new vertical will rely entirely on the current products and teams of Lamster and RHIS, combining, on one hand, RHIS’s offering to address the quick-service restaurant segment, and on the other, Lamster’s offering to cover other players in the sector (hotels, golf clubs, etc.). This represents a genuine strategic build-up for the platform, with the two companies also beginning to jointly address the retail sector.
Following the acquisitions of Truckonline and then RHIS Solutions, this new transaction illustrates Kinara’s ability to execute a disciplined, value-creating external growth strategy in fragmented, high-potential markets. The group is thus continuing to build out its multi-vertical platform, which is set to grow both organically and through new build-up transactions, validating the original investment thesis established by Cervinvest Capital.
